APPLE JAM RECIPE

HOME MADE APPLE JAM

Ingredients:
-       3 l of apple juice                            -  3 kg of brown sugar
-       ½ kg of jelly                                   -  12 lemons
Material:
  -   Press                                               -  Grinder 
  -   Wood plate and knife                      -  Stove

  -   A saucepan and glass jars
Steps:
1.Pick up apples from the apple trees and wash them properly with water in a big bowl.

2. Cut the apples in 4 parts and break them down into smaller pieces in the grinder.

3. Transfer the ground apples to the press and squeeze the mix to get as much apple juice as possible.
4. Squeeze the lemons and mix the lemon juice, the jelly and sugar with the apple juice in a sauce pan. Make fire in the stove and heat the mixture. Stir it.

6. As water evaporates from the mixture, it must get thicker. As soon as it is homogenous, pour it into the glass jars (NOTE: Make sure the glass jars have been heated in warm water because if they are cold they will be easily broken at contact with the hot jam)
